Helsinki Wildfood's exotic "just add" nettle pesto is a unique, vegan alternative to traditional pesto. Ideal for pasta, on bread or as salad dressing and easy to prepare.
This package contains pesto for about 10 portions á 20g.
Preparation (about 20g):
Shake the bag and stir with a spoon. Mix one tablespoon of nettle pesto, 0.5-1 tablespoon of water and two tablespoons of oil (olive oil or similar) and stir thoroughly. Allow the mixture to rest for five minutes. Tip: add some drops of lemon juice to the pesto.
Hempseed, nutritional yeast flakes, nettle (18%), organic potato flakes, natural Guérande sea salt, basil, organic garlic, savory. May contain traces of oats.
Vegan. High salt content. Bio bag. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
